Years ago, I had this boss who came in on the week-end to see us work. He would come only around noon. When I instructed my staff to buy lunch for all, he would put in his order of 5 to 6 different dishes. Once my staff arrived back with the food, he would immediately take the food and shoot off for home! Of course, the company paid for his “family” lunch.
My staff hated him and talked so much about his greed. Certain people do not care about the respect from their subordinates. Have you experience with bosses like this before?
